February 17, 2025 — Sunram organized an onboarding training for over 40 frontline workshop newcomers. Through structured PPT-based sessions, the program aimed to familiarize employees with job responsibilities, safety protocols, and production processes, laying a foundation for their rapid integration into the workplace.
Jointly designed by Sunram’s Human Resources Center and Production Department, the training covered three modules: Corporate Culture & Values, Workplace Safety & Operational Standards, and Production Processes & Equipment Basics. Trainers used visual PPT materials to clearly explain the company’s history, safety measures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The safety segment reinforced “safety first” awareness through real-case analysis and safety videos.
An interactive Q&A session enhanced engagement. Li, a trainee, noted, “The training was detailed and practical, especially the SOP demonstrations and safety guidelines, which clarified my role.”
The Production Head emphasized that new employees are vital to the team’s growth. The training aims to shorten their adaptation period while ensuring both safety and efficiency targets are met. Sunram plans to refine its training system further, incorporating hands-on assessments and skill competitions to align employee development with the company’s goals.
The event concluded successfully, with trainees starting their on-the-job practice the following day to embark on their professional journey.
