Sunram 2024 Campus Recruitment Orientation

      In July 2024, Sunram welcomed a group of fresh graduates from across the country. To help them integrate into the company quickly, Sunram organized a two-day orientation program combining structured training with immersive team-building activities, laying a solid foundation for their professional journey.

Day 1: Foundational Training at Headquarters
      The first day began with a review of Sunram’s 14-year evolution from a startup to an industry leader, emphasizing its core philosophy of “Advancing Technology, Shaping the Future.” Colleagues at the Marketing Center demonstrated the innovative application of frequency conversion technology in fields such as intelligent manufacturing.

Day 2: Summer Camp Adventure in Beijiao Town
      The second day featured a themed outdoor camp, “Escape the City, Embrace Summer Vibes,” held at a suburban eco-campsite. Lush green lawns became the backdrop for bonding. A lively BBQ session saw graduates from diverse regions grilling food while sharing hometown stories, blending the aroma of sizzling skewers with laughter.

      As night fell, an open-air KTV setup transformed the campsite into a music party under the stars. Some belted out chart-toppers, while others hummed along. The event concluded with a group photo capturing the joy of this unforgettable summer night.

      By blending theory with practice and work with leisure, the orientation deepened new employees’ understanding of Sunram’s strategy and culture. The graduates have now begun hands-on training in their respective departments, injecting fresh energy into Sunram’s pursuit of excellence in smart IoT. This milestone also marks a step forward in strengthening Sunram’s talent pipeline.
